Poster Design, Souq Al Quds / Local Market, 9/2024
The poster was Designed by Nadeem Mazen, who works as an exhibition curator and coordinator.

The design for “Souq Al-Quds” was inspired by the handcarts commonly used by Jerusalemites for transporting goods throughout the city, especially in the Old City, and also for selling Jerusalem ka'ak in its streets.
The color palette for the September 2024 edition was drawn from the vibrant Colors of traditional Gaza dresses/Thob. A collection of dresses/Thobs from different areas of Gaza was used to shape and refine the design’s colors. Unlike dresses from other Palestinian cities, Gaza’s traditional Thob is characterized by its abundance of bright, vivid colors, which form the foundation of this visual identity.

نديم هو منسق مشوع سوق القدس
استوحي التصميم الخاص بـ"سوق القدس" من عربة النقل التي تستخدم بشكل يومي من قبل المقدسيين لنقل البضائع في أنحاء المدينة، خصوصا في البلدة القديمة، وتستخدم أيضا لبيع الكعك المقدسي في شوارع المدينة
كما استوحيت ألوان التصميم الخاص بنسخة شهر ايلول "9/2024" من ألوان أثواب قطاع غزة، حيث تم الاستعانة بمجموعة أثواب من مختلف مناطق القطاع لصقل وتشكيل الوان التصميم، فالثوب الغزاوي باختلاف مناطق صناعته ونشأته يحوي العديد من الألوان وأساسها الألوان الساطعة التي تقل نسبياً في تصاميم أثواب المدن الفلسطينية الأخرى
